أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّی قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ زَوْجِي طَلَّقَنِي ثَلَاثًا وَأَخَافُ أَنْ يُقْتَحَمَ عَلَيَّ فَأَمَرَهَا فَتَحَوَّلَتْ

محمد بن مثنی، حفص، ہشام، ابیہ، حضرت فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ عنہا سے منقول ہے کہ انہوں نے کہا یا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! میرے شوہر نے مجھے تین طلاقیں دے دی ہیں اور مجھ کو اندیشہ ہے کہ ایسا نہ ہو کہ میرے گھر چور وغیرہ آ جائیں۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے یہ سن کر ان کو اس جگہ سے چلے جانے کا حکم دیا۔

…..It was narrated that Ash Labl said: “I came to Fatimah bint : and asked her about the ruling the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم icerning her. She said that her , divorced her irrevocably, and she referred her dispute with him, concerning accommodation and maintenance, to the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم. She said: ‘He did not give me (the right to) accommodation and maintenance, and he told me to observe my ‘Idda/, in the house of Ibn Umm Maktum.” (Sahlh)
