حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْأَرْوَاحُ جُنُودٌ مُجَنَّدَةٌ فَمَا تَعَارَفَ مِنْهَا ائْتَلَفَ وَمَا تَنَاکَرَ مِنْهَا اخْتَلَفَ

قتیبہ بن سعید، عبدالعزیز ابن محمد بن سہیل حضرت ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا روحیں مجتمع جماعتیں تھیں جن کا ایک دوسرے سے تعارف ہوا ان میں محبت ہوگئی اور جن کا تعارف نہیں ہوا ان میں اختلاف رہے گا۔

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) Saying: Souls are troops collected together and those who familiarised with each other (in the heaven from where these come) would have affinity, with one another (in the world) and those amongst them who opposed each other (in the Heaven) would also be divergent (in the world).
