Narrated by Abu Huraira

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِکٌ عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ الدِّيلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْغَيْثِ مَوْلَی ابْنِ مُطِيعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ

اسماعیل، مالک، ثور بن زید دیلی، ابوالغیث، (ابن مطیع کے آزاد کردہ غلام) حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی طرح کی روایت نقل کی ہے۔

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "The one who looks after and works for a widow and for a poor person is like a warrior fighting for Allah's Cause." (The narrator Al-Qa'nabi is not sure whether he also said "Like the one who prays all the night without slackness and fasts continuously and never breaks his fast.")
