بیع منابذہ سے متعلق حدیث

أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَی وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْکِينٍ قِرَائَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنْ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ نَهَی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْمُلَامَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ فِي الْبَيْعِ

یونس بن عبدالاعلی و حارث بن مسکین، ابن وہب، یونس، ابن شہاب، عامر بن سعد، ابوسعید خدری سے روایت ہے کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ممانعت فرمائی بیع ملامسہ اور بیع منابذہ سے۔

Abu Hurairah said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم forbade Munabadhah and Mulamasah. Muldmasah is when two men trade garments with each other under cover of night, each man touching the garment of the other with his hand. And Munabadhah is when one man throws a garment to another and the other throws a garment to him, and they trade them with each other in that manner.” (Sahih)

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَطَائِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ نَهَی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ عَنْ الْمُلَامَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ

ترجمہ گزشتہ حدیث کے مطابق ہے۔

It was narrated that Abu Saeed Al-Khudri said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلمforbade Muldmasah. And Mulamasah means touching a garment without looking at it; (and he forbade) Munabadhah, and Munabadhah means when a man throws his garment to another man without him checking it.” (Sahih).
