عورتوں کو سیرا (نامی لباس) کی اجازت سے متعلق

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَی بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ عَلَی زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَمِيصَ حَرِيرٍ سِيَرَائَ

حسین بن حریث، عیسیٰ بن یونس، معمر، زہری، انس سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے حضرت زینب کو جو کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی صاحبزادی تھیں ایک کرتہ ریشمی سیرا کا پہنے ہوئے دیکھا۔

Ibn ‘Umar narrated that ‘Umar went out and saw a Hullah of Al-Istabraq being offered for sale in the marketplace. He went to the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم and said: “Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, buy this and wear it on Fridays, and when the delegations come to you.” The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “This is only worn by the one who has no share (in the Hereafter).” Then three Hullahs (of the same fabric) were brought to the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم and he gave one to ‘Umar, one to ‘All and one to Usamah. He (‘Umar) came to him and said: “Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, you said what you said about it, then you sent one to me!” He said: “Sell it and spend the money on your needs, or cut it into pieces for your womenfolk to use as head covers.” (Sahih)

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ بَقِيَّةَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّبَيْدِيُّ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَنِي أَنَّهُ رَأَی عَلَی أُمِّ کُلْثُومٍ بِنْتِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بُرْدَ سِيَرَائَ وَالسِّيَرَائُ الْمُضَلَّعُ بِالْقَزِّ

عمرو بن عثمان، بقیہ، زبیدی، زہری، انس بن مالک سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے حضرت ام کلثوم کو جو کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی صاحبزادی تھیں ایک سیرا کی چادر پہنے ہوئے دیکھا۔

Yahya — bin Ishaq — said: “Salim said: ‘What is Al-Istibraq?’ I said: ‘A thick type of Ad-Dibaj, and a coarse type of it.’ He said: ‘I heard ‘Abdullah (bin ‘Umar) say: “Umar saw a Hullah of Sundus with a man, and he brought it to the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم and said: ‘Buy this” and he quoted the Hadith. (Sahih)

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا النَّضْرُ وَأَبُو عَامِرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي عَوْنٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا صَالِحٍ الْحَنَفِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا يَقُولُ أُهْدِيَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حُلَّةُ سِيَرَائَ فَبَعَثَ بِهَا إِلَيَّ فَلَبِسْتُهَا فَعَرَفْتُ الْغَضَبَ فِي وَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ أَمَا إِنِّي لَمْ أُعْطِکَهَا لِتَلْبَسَهَا فَأَمَرَنِي فَأَطَرْتُهَا بَيْنَ نِسَائِي

اسحاق بن ابراہیم، نضر و ابوعامر، شعبہ، ابوعون ثقفی، ابوصالح حنفی، علی سے روایت ہے کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت اقدس میں ایک جوڑا آیا سیرا کا ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے وہ میرے پاس بھیج دیا چنانچہ میں نے اس کو پہن کیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے چہرہ پر غصہ آگیا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا میں نے تم کو اس وجہ سے نہیں دیا تھا کہ تم اس کو پہن لو پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے مجھ کو حکم فرمایا میں نے اس کو اپنی مستورات میں تقسیم کر دیا۔

It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin ‘Ukaim said: “Hudhaifah asked for some water and the chief brought water in a silver vessel. He threw it aside, then he apologized to them for what he had done, and said: ‘I told him before not to do that. I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم gصلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم say: Do not drink from vessels of gold and silver, and do not wear Ad-DIbaj or silk. They are for them in this world, and for you in the Hereafter.” (Sahih)
