شرکت الا بدان (یعنی شرکت ضائع) سے متعلق

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَقَ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ اشْتَرَکْتُ أَنَا وَعَمَّارٌ وَسَعْدٌ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ فَجَائَ سَعْدٌ بِأَسِيرَيْنِ وَلَمْ أَجِئْ أَنَا وَلَا عَمَّارٌ بِشَيْئٍ

عمرو بن علی، یحیی بن سعید، سفیان، ابواسحاق ، ابوعبیدہ، حضرت عبداللہ سے روایت ہے کہ غزوہ بدر کے دن میں حضرت عمار اور حضرت سعد شریک ہوئے کہ جو بھی ہم لوگ کمائیں گے (یعنی مشرکین اور کفار کا مال یا ان کے قیدی وغیرہ سب کو) ہم آپس میں تقسیم کر لیں گے تو حضرت سعد دو قیدیوں کو پکڑ کر لائے اور مجھ کو اور حضرت عمار کو کچھ نہیں ملا۔

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “I have been commanded to fight the idolators until they bear witness to La i illal (there is none worthy of worship except Allah) and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. If they bear witness to La ilaha illallah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger, and they pray as we pray and face our Qiblah, and eat our slaughtered animals, then their blood and wealth becomes forbidden to us except for a right that is due.”(Sahih)

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَکِ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ فِي عَبْدَيْنِ مُتَفَاوِضَيْنِ کَاتَبَ أَحَدُهُمَا قَالَ جَائِزٌ إِذَا کَانَا مُتَفَاوِضَيْنِ يَقْضِي أَحَدُهُمَا عَنْ الْآخَرِ

علی بن حجر، ابن مبارک، یونس، حضرت زہری نے بیان کیا کہ دو غلام شریک ہوں وہ شرکت مفاوضہ کے طور سے شریک ہوں پھر ان میں سے ایک شخص بدل کتابت کرے تو یہ جائز ہے اور ان میں سے ایک دوسرے کی جانب سے ادا کرے گا۔

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “I have been commanded to fight the idolators until they bear witness to La ilaha illallah (there is none worthy of worship except Allah) and that Mul is the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم If they bear witness to La ilaha illallah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم and they face our Qiblah, eat our slaughtered animals, and pray as we do, then their blood and wealth become forbidden except for a right that is due, and they will have the same rights and obligations as the Muslims.” (Sahih)
