پانی لینے کا بیان

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَکْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي سَيْلِ مَهْزُورٍ وَمُذَيْنِبٍ يُمْسَکُ حَتَّی الْکَعْبَيْنِ ثُمَّ يُرْسِلُ الْأَعْلَی عَلَی الْأَسْفَلِ

عبداللہ بن ابی بکر سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا دونالوں میں ایک کا نام مہروز تھا اور دوسرے کا نام مذینیب کہ جس کا باغ نالہ کے متصل ہے وہ اپنے باغ میں ٹخنوں ٹخنوں پانی بھر کے پھر دوسرے کے باغ میں پانی چھوڑ دے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Hazm that he heard that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said about the flood-channels of Mahzur and Mudhaynib (in Madina), "Dam them systematically, so that the water is diverted into each property in turn up to ankle level, starting upstream."

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يُمْنَعُ فَضْلُ الْمَائِ لِيُمْنَعَ بِهِ الْکَلَأُ

ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہ فرمایا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نہیں روکا جائے گا پانی جو بچ رہا ہو تاکہ گھانس بچ جائے ۔

Malik related to me from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Excess water is not withheld in order to prevent herbage from growing."

عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يُمْنَعُ نَقْعُ بِئْرٍ

عمرہ بنت عبدالرحمن سے روایت ہے کہ فرمایا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نہ منع کیا جائے اس پانی سے کنوئی کے جو بچ رہے ۔

Malik related to me from Abu'r-Rijal Muhammad ibn Abd ar-Rahman from his mother Amra bint Abd ar-Rahman that she informed him that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Do not withhold the surplus water of a well from people."
