موزوں پر مسح کرنے کا بیان

عَنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَهَبَ لِحَاجَتِهِ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوکَ قَالَ الْمُغِيرَةُ فَذَهَبْتُ مَعَهُ بِمَائٍ فَجَائَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَکَبْتُ عَلَيْهِ الْمَائَ فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ يُخْرِجُ يَدَيْهِ مِنْ کُمَّيْ جُبَّتِهِ فَلَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنْ ضِيقِ کُمَّيْ الْجُبَّةِ فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِنْ تَحْتِ الْجُبَّةِ فَغَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ وَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ وَمَسَحَ عَلَی الْخُفَّيْنِ فَجَائَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ يَؤُمُّهُمْ وَقَدْ صَلَّی بِهِمْ رَکْعَةً فَصَلَّی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الرَّکْعَةَ الَّتِي بَقِيَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ فَفَزِعَ النَّاسُ فَلَمَّا قَضَی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَحْسَنْتُمْ-

مغیرہ بن شعبہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم گئے حاجت ضروری کو جنگ تبوک میں تو میں نے پانی ساتھ لے کر گیا اور جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فارغ ہو کر آئے میں نے پانی ڈالا تو دھویا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے منہ اپنا پھر نکالنے لگے ہاتھ اپنے جبہ کی آستینوں سے مگر وہ اس قدر تنگ تھیں کہ ہاتھ نہ نکل سکے آخر نکالا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہاتھوں کو جبہ کے نیچے سے اور ہاتھ دھوئے اور مسح کیا سر پر اور موزوں پر پھر آئے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تو عبدالرحمن بن عوف امامت کر رہے تھے اور ایک رکعت ہو چکی تھی پس پڑھی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک رکعت جو باقی تھی عبدالرحمن بن عوف کے پیچھے اور لوگ گھبرائے جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز پڑھ چکے تو فرمایا کہ اچھا کیا تم نے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abbad ibn Ziyad, a descendant of al-Mughira ibn Shuba from his father from al Mughira ibn Shuba that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, went to relieve himself during the expedition of Tabuk. Mughira said, "I went with him, taking water. Then the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came back and I poured out the water for him. He washed his hands and then went to push his hands out of the sleeves of his garment, but could not do so because of their narrowness. So he brought them out from underneath his garment. Then he washed his arms, wiped his head and wiped over his leather socks. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, returned and Abdar Rahman ibn Awf was leading the people in prayer, and he had already finished one raka with them. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, prayed the remaining raka with them to everyone's concern. When the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, finished he said, 'You have acted correctly.' "

عَنْ نَافِعٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ أَنَّهُمَا أَخْبَرَاهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَدِمَ الْکُوفَةَ عَلَی سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ وَهُوَ أَمِيرُهَا فَرَآهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ يَمْسَحُ عَلَی الْخُفَّيْنِ فَأَنْکَرَ ذَلِکَ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ سَعْدٌ سَلْ أَبَاکَ إِذَا قَدِمْتَ عَلَيْهِ فَقَدِمَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فَنَسِيَ أَنْ يَسْأَلَ عُمَرَ عَنْ ذَلِکَ حَتَّی قَدِمَ سَعْدٌ فَقَالَ أَسَأَلْتَ أَبَاکَ فَقَالَ لَا فَسَأَلَهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ إِذَا أَدْخَلْتَ رِجْلَيْکَ فِي الْخُفَّيْنِ وَهُمَا طَاهِرَتَانِ فَامْسَحْ عَلَيْهِمَا قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَإِنْ جَائَ أَحَدُنَا مِنْ الْغَائِطِ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ نَعَمْ وَإِنْ جَائَ أَحَدُکُمْ مِنْ الْغَائِطِ-

نافع اور عبداللہ بن دینار سے روایت ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عمر آئے کوفے میں سعد بن ابی وقاص پر اور وہ حاکم تھے کوفہ کے تو دیکھا ان کو عبداللہ نے کہ مسح کرتے ہیں موزوں پر پس انکار کیا اس فعل کا عبداللہ نے۔ کہا سعد نے تم اپنے باپ سے پوچھنا جب جانا تو جب آئے عبداللہ بھول گئے پوچھنا اپنے باپ سے یہاں تک کہ سعد آئے اور انہوں نے کہا ذکر کیا تم نے اپنے باپ سے پوچھا تھا عبداللہ نے کہا نہیں پھر پوچھا عبداللہ نے تو فرمایا حضرت عمر نے جب ڈالے تو پاؤں اپنے موزوں کے اندر اور پاؤں پاک ہوں تو مسح کر موزوں پر کہا عبداللہ نے اگرچہ ہم پائخانہ سے ہو کر آئیں کہا ہاں اگرچہ کوئی تم میں سے پائخانہ سے ہو کر آئے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik that Nafi and Abdullah ibn Dinar told him that Abdullah ibn Umar arrived at Kufa and went to Sad ibn Abi Waqqas, who was the Amir of Kufa at that time. Abdullah ibn Umar saw him wiping over his leather socks and disapproved of it. So Sad said to him, "Ask your father when you get back." Abdullah returned but forgot to ask Umar about the matter until Sad arrived and said, "Have you asked your father?" and he said, "No." Abdullah then asked Umar and Umar replied, "If your feet are ritually pure when you put them in the leather socks then you can wipe over the socks." Abdullah said ,"What about if we have just come from relieving ourselves?" Umar said, "Yes, even if you have just come from relieving yourself."

عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ بَالَ فِي السُّوقِ ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ وَيَدَيْهِ وَمَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ ثُمَّ دُعِيَ لِجَنَازَةٍ لِيُصَلِّيَ عَلَيْهَا حِينَ دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ فَمَسَحَ عَلَی خُفَّيْهِ ثُمَّ صَلَّی عَلَيْهَا-

نافع سے روایت ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عمر نے پیشاب کیا بازار میں پھر وضو کیا اور دھویا منہ اور ہاتھوں کو اپنے اور مسح کیا سر پر پھر بلائے گئے جنازہ کی نماز کے لئے جب جا چکے مسجد میں تو مسح کیا موزوں پر پھر نماز پڑھی جنازہ پر ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar urinated in the market place and then did wudu, washing his face and hands and wiping his head. Then as soon as he had come into the mosque, he was called to pray over a dead person, so he wiped over his leather socks and prayed.

عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رُقَيْشٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِکٍ أَتَی قُبَا فَبَالَ ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِوَضُوئٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ وَيَدَيْهِ إِلَی الْمِرْفَقَيْنِ وَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ وَمَسَحَ عَلَی الْخُفَّيْنِ ثُمَّ جَائَ الْمَسْجِدَ فَصَلَّی-

سعید بن عبدالرحمن نے دیکھا انس بن مالک کو آئے وہ قبا کو تو پیشاب کیا پھر لایا گیا پانی وضو کا تو وضو کیا دھویا منہ کو اور دونوں ہاتھوں کو کہنیوں تک اور مسح کیا سر پر اور مسح کیا موزوں پر پھر مسجد میں آ کر نماز پڑھی۔

Yahya related to me from Malik that Said ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn Ruqash said, "I saw Anas ibn Malik come and squat and urinate.Then water was brought and he did wudu. He washed his face, then his arms to the elbows, and then he wiped his head and wiped over his leather socks. Then he came to the mosque and prayed." Yahya said that Malik was asked whether a man who did wudu for prayerand then put on his leather socks, and then urinated and took them off and put them back on again, should begin wudu afresh. Malik replied, "He should take off his socks and wash his feet. Only someone who puts on leather socks when his feet are (already) ritually purified by wudu can wipe over them. Someone who puts on leather socks when his feet are not ritually purified by wudu, should not wipe over them."
