غنیمت کے بیان میں مختلف احادیث

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً فِيهَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ قِبَلَ نَجْدٍ فَغَنِمُوا إِبِلًا کَثِيرَةً فَکَانَ سُهْمَانُهُمْ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا أَوْ أَحَدَ عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا وَنُفِّلُوا بَعِيرًا بَعِيرًا-

عبداللہ بن عمر سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک لشکر نجد کی طرف روانہ کیا جس میں عبداللہ بن عمر تھے، تو غنیمت میں بہت سے اونٹ حاصل کئے اور ہر ایک کا حصہ بارہ اونٹ یا گیارہ اونٹ تھے، اور ایک اونٹ زیادہ دیا گیا ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, sent a raiding party which included Abdullah ibn Umar near Najd. They plundered many camels and their portions were twelve or eleven camels each. They divided it up camel by camel.

عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ يَقُولُ کَانَ النَّاسُ فِي الْغَزْوِ إِذَا اقْتَسَمُوا غَنَائِمَهُمْ يَعْدِلُونَ الْبَعِيرَ بِعَشْرِ شِيَاهٍ-

یحیی بن سعید سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے سعید بن مسیب سے سنا ؛ کہتے تھے جب جہاد میں لوگ غنیمتوں کو بانٹتے تھے تو ایک اونٹ کو دس بکریوں کے برابر سمجھتے تھے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that he heard Said ibn al-Musayyab say, "When people in military expeditions divided the spoils, they made a camel equal to ten sheep." Malik said about the paid labourer in military expeditions, "If he is present at the battle and is with the people in the battle and he is a free man, he has his share. If he is not present, he has no share." Malik summed up, "I think that the booty is only divided among free men who have been present at the battle. "
