روزہ دار کو بوسہ کی ممانعت کا بیان

عَنْ مَالِك أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ إِذَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَبِّلُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ تَقُولُ وَأَيُّكُمْ أَمْلَكُ لِنَفْسِهِ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ-

امام مالک کو پہنچا کہ ام المومنین جب بیان کرتیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بوسہ لیتے تھے روزہ میں تو فرماتیں کہ تم میں سے کون زیادہ قادر ہے اپنے نفس پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, would say, when she mentioned that the Messenger of Allah, used to kiss while fasting, "And who among you is more able to control himself than the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?" Yahya said that Malik said that Hisham ibn Urwa ibn az-Zubayr had said, "I do not think that kissing invites to good for people who are fasting."

عَنْ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ سُئِلَ عَنْ الْقُبْلَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ فَأَرْخَصَ فِيهَا لِلشَّيْخِ وَكَرِهَهَا لِلشَّابِّ-

عبداللہ بن عباس سے سوال ہوا روزہ دار کو بوسہ لینا کیسا ہے تو اجازت دی بوڑھے کو اور مکروہ رکھا جوان کے لئے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam from Ata ibn Yasar that Abdullah ibn Abbas was asked about people kissing while fasting and he said that he allowed it for old men but disapproved of it for young men.

و حَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِك عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَنْهَى عَنْ الْقُبْلَةِ وَالْمُبَاشَرَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ-

نافع سے روایت ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عمر منع کرتے تھے روزہ دار کو بوسہ اور مباشرت سے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar used to forbid kissing and fondling for people who were fasting .
