ذکر الہی کی فضیلت کا بیان

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيکَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْکُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَی کُلِّ شَيْئٍ قَدِيرٌ فِي يَوْمٍ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ کَانَتْ لَهُ عَدْلَ عَشْرِ رِقَابٍ وَکُتِبَتْ لَهُ مِائَةُ حَسَنَةٍ وَمُحِيَتْ عَنْهُ مِائَةُ سَيِّئَةٍ وَکَانَتْ لَهُ حِرْزًا مِنْ الشَّيْطَانِ يَوْمَهُ ذَلِکَ حَتَّی يُمْسِيَ وَلَمْ يَأْتِ أَحَدٌ بِأَفْضَلَ مِمَّا جَائَ بِهِ إِلَّا أَحَدٌ عَمِلَ أَکْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِکَ-

ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہ فرمایا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جو شخص کہے لا الہ الا اللہ وحدہ لا شریک لہ لہ الملک ولہ الحمد وھو علی کل شئی قدیر ۔ ایک روز میں سو بار تو گویا اس نے دس غلام آزاد کئے اور سو نیکیاں اس کے لئے لکھی جائیں گی اور سو برائیاں اس کی مٹائی جائیں گی اور وہ اس دن پھر شیطان کے شر سے بچا رہے گا یہاں تک کہ شام ہو اور کوئی شخص اس سے بہتر عمل نہ لائے گا مگر اس سے بھی زیادہ عمل کرے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Sumayy, the mawla of Abu Bakr, from Abu Salih as-Samman from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Whoever says 'There is no god but Allah, alone, without any partner. The Kingdom and praise belong to Him and He has power over everything' (La ilaha illa'llah, wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu'l mulku wa lahu'l hamd, wa huwa ala kulli shay'in qadir) one hundred times a day, it is the same for him as freeing ten slaves. One hundred good actions are written for him and one hundred wrong actions are erased from him, and it is a protection from Shaytan for that day until the night. No-one does anything more excellent than what he does except someone who does more than that."

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ فِي يَوْمٍ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ حُطَّتْ عَنْهُ خَطَايَاهُ وَإِنْ کَانَتْ مِثْلَ زَبَدِ الْبَحْرِ-

ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جس شخص نے کہا سبحان اللہ وبحمدہ ایک دن میں سو بار مٹائے جائیں گے گناہ اس کے اگرچہ ہوں مثل سمندر کے پھین کے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Sumayy, the mawla of Abu Bakr, from Abu Salih as-Samman from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Whoever says, 'Glory be to Allah and with His praise' (Subhana'llah wa bi-hamdihi) one hundred times in a day will have his wrong actions taken away from him, even if they are as abundant as the foam on the sea."

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ سَبَّحَ دُبُرَ کُلِّ صَلَاةٍ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَکَبَّرَ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَحَمِدَ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَخَتَمَ الْمِائَةَ بِلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيکَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْکُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَی کُلِّ شَيْئٍ قَدِيرٌ غُفِرَتْ ذُنُوبُهُ وَلَوْ کَانَتْ مِثْلَ زَبَدِ الْبَحْرِ-

ابوہریرہ نے کہا جو شخص ہر نماز کے بعد سبحان اللہ کہے تینتیس بار اور اللہ اکبر کہے تینتیس بار اور الحمد للہ کہے تینتیس بار اور ختم کرے سو کے عددلا الہ الا اللہ وحدہ لا شریک لہ لہ الملک ولہ الحمد وھو علی کل شئی قدیر ۔ پس بخش دیے جائیں گے گناہ اس کے اگرچہ ہوں مثل سمندر کی جھاگ کے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu Ubayd, the mawla of Sulayman ibn Abd al-Malik, from Ata ibn Yazid al-Laythi that Abu Hurayra said, "Whoever says 'Glory be to Allah' (Subhana'llah) thirty-three times and 'Allah is Greater' (Allahu akbar) thirty-three times and 'Praise be to Allah' (al-hamdu lillah) thirty-three times, and seals the hundred with 'There is no god but Allah, alone without any partner. The Kingdom and praise belong to Him and He has power over everything' (La ilaha illa'llah, wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu'l mulku wa lahu'l hamd, wa huwa ala kulli shay'in qadir) after every prayer will have his wrong actions forgiven him even if they are abundant as the foam on the sea."

عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ فِي الْبَاقِيَاتِ الصَّالِحَاتِ إِنَّهَا قَوْلُ الْعَبْدِ اللَّهُ أَکْبَرُ وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ-

سعید بن مسیب نے کہا باقیات صالحات یہ کلمے ہیں اللہ اکبر سبحان اللہ والحمدللہ لا الہ الا اللہ ولاحول ولا قوة الا باللہ ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik that Umara ibn Sayyad had heard Said ibn al Musayyab say about abiding good deeds that they were a slave's saying 'Allah is greater' (Allahu akbar) and 'Glory be to Allah' (Subahana'llah) and 'Praise be to Allah' (al-hamdu lillah) and 'There is no god but Allah and there is no power and no strength except by Allah.' La ilaha illa'llah wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa bi'llah.

قَالَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَائِ أَلَا أُخْبِرُکُمْ بِخَيْرِ أَعْمَالِکُمْ وَأَرْفَعِهَا فِي دَرَجَاتِکُمْ وَأَزْکَاهَا عِنْدَ مَلِيکِکُمْ وَخَيْرٍ لَکُمْ مِنْ إِعْطَائِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ وَخَيْرٍ لَکُمْ مِنْ أَنْ تَلْقَوْا عَدُوَّکُمْ فَتَضْرِبُوا أَعْنَاقَهُمْ وَيَضْرِبُوا أَعْنَاقَکُمْ قَالُوا بَلَی قَالَ ذِکْرُ اللَّهِ تَعَالَی عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلٍ مَا عَمِلَ ابْنُ آدَمَ مِنْ عَمَلٍ أَنْجَى لَهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ اللَّهِ مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ-

ابو الدردا نے کہا کیا تم کو نہ بتاؤں وہ کام جو تمہارے سب کاموں سے بہتر ہے تمہارے لئے اور درجہ میں سب سے زیادہ بلند ہے اور تمہارے مالک کے نزدیک سب کاموں سے زیادہ عمدہ ہے اور بہتر ہے سونا اور چاندی خرچ کرنے سے اور بہتر ہے اس سے کہ تم اپنے دشمن سے لڑ کر اس کی گردن مارو اور وہ تمہاری گردن مارے کہا صحابہ نے ہاں بتاؤ کہا انہوں نے ذکر اللہ سبحانہ کا ۔ معاذ بن جبل نے کہا آدمی نے کوئی عمل ایسا نہیں کیا جو زیادہ نجات دینے والا ہو اس کو اللہ کے عذاب سے سوا ذکر الہی کے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik that Ziyad ibn Abi Ziyad said that Abu'd-Darda had said, "Shall I not tell you the best of your deeds, and those that give you the highest rank, and those that are the purest with your King, and are better for you than giving gold and silver, and better for you than meeting your enemy and striking their necks?" They said, "Of course." He said, "Remembrance (dhikr) of Allah ta ala."

عَنْ رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ رَافِعٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ کُنَّا يَوْمًا نُصَلِّي وَرَائَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا رَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ الرَّکْعَةِ وَقَالَ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ قَالَ رَجُلٌ وَرَائَهُ رَبَّنَا وَلَکَ الْحَمْدُ حَمْدًا کَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَکًا فِيهِ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ الْمُتَکَلِّمُ آنِفًا فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ أَنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ بِضْعَةً وَثَلَاثِينَ مَلَکًا يَبْتَدِرُونَهَا أَيُّهُمْ يَکْتُبُهُنَّ أَوَّلا-

رفاعہ بن رافع سے روایت ہے کہ ہم ایک روز نماز پڑھ رہے تھے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پیچھے تو جب سر اٹھایا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے رکوع سے اور کہا سمع اللہ لمن حمدہ ایک شخص بولا ربنا لک الحمد حمدا کثیرا طیبا مبارکا فیہ پس جب فارغ ہوئے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز سے فرمایا کون شخص بولا تھا ابھی اس شخص نے کہا میں تھا یا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تب فرمایا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میں نے دیکھا کہ تیس سے زیادہ کچھ فرشتے جلدی کر رہے تھے کہ کون پہلے لکھے اس کو ۔

Malik related to me from Nuaym ibn Abdullah ibn al-Mujmir from AIi ibn Yahya az-Zuraqi from his father that Rifaa ibn Rafi said, "One day we were praying behind the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, raised his head from ruku and said, 'Allah hears the one who praises Him' (Sami Allahu liman hamidah). A man behind him said, 'Our Lord, praise belongs to you - blessed, pure and abundant praise' (Rabbana wa laka'l hamd kathiran tayiban mubarakan fihi). When the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, had finished, he said, 'Who was it who spoke just now?' The man said, 'I did, Messenger of Allah,' and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'I saw more than thirty angels rushing to it to see which one of them would record it first.' "
