کتاب شرابوں کی بیان میں

خمر کی حرمت کا بیان

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْبِتْعِ فَقَالَ کُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْکَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ-

حضرت ام المومنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے کسی نے پوچھا بتع ( شہد کی شراب) کا حکم آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو شراب نشہ کرے وہ حرام ہے۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from ibn Shihab from Abu Salama ibn Abd ar-Rahman that A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was asked about mead, and he replied, 'Every drink which intoxicates is haram.' "

عَنْ عَطَائِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنْ الْغُبَيْرَائِ فَقَالَ لَا خَيْرَ فِيهَا وَنَهَی عَنْهَا-

عطاء بن یسار سے روایت ہے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے سوال ہوا جوار کی شراب کے بارے میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا بہتر نہیں ہے اور منع کیا اس سے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam from Ata ibn Yasar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was asked about al-Ghubayra. He said, "There is no good in it," and forbade it. Malik said, "I asked Zayd ibn Aslam, 'What is al-Ghubayra?' He said, 'It is an intoxicant.' "

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا حُرِمَهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ-

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو شخص دنیا میں شراب پئے گا پھر اس سے توبہ نہ کرے گا تو آخرت میں شراب سے محروم رہے گا ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said "Whoever drinks wine in this world and does not turn from it in tawba, it is haram for him in the Next World."
