حج میں نحر کرنے کا بیان

حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَی عَنْ مَالِک أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بِمِنًی هَذَا الْمَنْحَرُ وَکُلُّ مِنًی مَنْحَرٌ وَقَالَ فِي الْعُمْرَةِ هَذَا الْمَنْحَرُ يَعْنِي الْمَرْوَةَ وَکُلُّ فِجَاجِ مَکَّةَ وَطُرُقِهَا مَنْحَرٌ-

امام مالک کو پہنچا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا منی کو نحر کی جگہ یہ ہے اور ساری منی نحر کی جگہ ہے اور عمرہ میں کہا مروہ کو نحر کی جگہ یہ ہے اور سب راستے مکہ کے نحر کی جگہ ہے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said once at Mina, "This place (where I have just sacrificed), and the whole of Mina, is a place of sacrifice," and he said once during umra, "This place of sacrifice" meaning Marwa, "and all the pathways of Makka and its roads are a place of sacrifice."

حَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِک عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَتْنِي عَمْرَةُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ عَائِشَةَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ تَقُولُ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِخَمْسِ لَيَالٍ بَقِينَ مِنْ ذِي الْقَعْدَةِ وَلَا نُرَی إِلَّا أَنَّهُ الْحَجُّ فَلَمَّا دَنَوْنَا مِنْ مَکَّةَ أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ لَمْ يَکُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ إِذَا طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَسَعَی بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ أَنْ يَحِلَّ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ فَدُخِلَ عَلَيْنَا يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ بِلَحْمِ بَقَرٍ فَقُلْتُ مَا هَذَا فَقَالُوا نَحَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ-

حضرت ام المومنین عائشہ سے روایت ہے کہ ہم نکلے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ جب پانچ راتیں باقی رہی تھیں ذیقعدہ کی اور ہم کو گمان یہی تھا کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم حج کو نکلے ہیں جب ہم نزدیک ہوئے مکہ سے تو حکم کیا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس شخص کو جس کے ساتھ ہدی نہ تھی کہ طواف اور سعی کر کے احرام کھول ڈالے کہا عائشہ نے کہ یوم النحر کے دن ہمارے پاس گوشت آیا گائے کا تو میں نے پوچھا کہ یہ گوشت کہاں سے آیا لوگوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی بیبیوں کی طرف سے نحر کیا ہے۔

Yahya related to me from Malik that Yahya ibn Said said that Amra bint Abd ar-Rahman told him that she had heard A'isha, umm al-muminin, saying, "We set out with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when there were five nights left in Dhu'l-Qada and we assumed that we must be setting out for hajj. When we got near to Makka, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, told everyone that did not have a sacrificial animal with them to leave ihram after they had done tawaf of the House and say between Safa and Marwa." A'isha added, "We were sent some beef on the day of sacrifice. I asked what it was and they said that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, had sacrificed for his wives." Yahya ibn Said said, "I mentioned this hadith to Qasim ibn Muhammad and he said, 'She has given you the complete hadith, by Allah.' "

حَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِک عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا شَأْنُ النَّاسِ حَلُّوا وَلَمْ تَحْلِلْ أَنْتَ مِنْ عُمْرَتِکَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي لَبَّدْتُ رَأْسِي وَقَلَّدْتُ هَدْيِي فَلَا أَحِلُّ حَتَّی أَنْحَرَ-

حضرت ام المومنین حفصہ سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کہا لوگوں نے احرام کھول ڈالا اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عمرہ کر کے اپنا احرام نہیں کھولا تو فرمایا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میں نے تلبید کی اپنے سر کی اور تقلید کی اپنی ہدی کی تو میں احرام نہ کھولوں گا جب تک نحر نہ کر لوں۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that Hafsa, umm al-muminin, once said to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, "Why is it that everyone has left ihram and you still have not left ihram from your umra?" and he replied, "I have matted my hair and garlanded my sacrificial animal and will not leave ihram until I have sacrificed the animal."
