کتاب الحج

جو کام محرم کو درست ہیں ان کا بیان

عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْهُدَيْرِ أَنَّهُ رَأَی عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ يُقَرِّدُ بَعِيرًا لَهُ فِي طِينٍ بِالسُّقْيَا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ قَالَ مَالِک وَأَنَا أَکْرَهُهُ-

ربیعہ بن عبداللہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے دیکھا حضرت عمر بن خطاب کو جوئیں نکالتے تھے اپنے اونٹ کی اور پھینک دیتے تھے جوں کو خاک میں موضع سقیا میں اور وہ احرام باندھے ہوئے تھے مالک نے کہا میں اس کام کو مکروہ جانتا ہوں ۔

Yahya related to me from Yahya ibn Said from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim ibn alHarith at-Taymi from Rabia ibn Abi Abdullah ibn alHudayr that he saw Umar ibn al-Khattab taking the ticks off a camel of his at as-Suqya while he was in ihram . Malik said that he disapproved of that.

عَنْ مرجانه أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تُسْأَلُ عَنْ الْمُحْرِمِ أَيَحُكُّ جَسَدَهُ فَقَالَتْ نَعَمْ فَلْيَحْكُكْهُ وَلْيَشْدُدْ وَلَوْ رُبِطَتْ يَدَايَ وَلَمْ أَجِدْ إِلَّا رِجْلَيَّ لَحَكَكْتُ-

مرجانہ نے سنا حضرت ام المومنین عائشہ سے ان سے سوال ہوا کہ کیا محرم اپنے بدن کو کھجائے؟ بولیں ہاں کھجائے اور زور سے کھجائے اور اگر میرے ہاتھ باندھ دیے جائیں اور پاؤں قابو میں ہوں تو اسی سے کھجاؤں ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Alqama ibn Abi Alqama that his mother said, "I heard A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, being asked whether some one in ihram could scratch their body or not, and she said, 'Yes, he can scratch it and do so as hard as he pleases. I would scratch even if my hands were tied and I could only use my feet.' "

عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَی أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ نَظَرَ فِي الْمِرْآةِ لِشَکْوٍ کَانَ بِعَيْنَيْهِ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ-

ایوب بن موسیٰ سے روایت ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عمر نے آئینہ میں دیکھا بسبب کسی مرض کے جو ان کی آنکھ میں تھا اور وہ احرام باندھے ہوئے تھے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ayyub ibn Musa that Abdullah ibn Umar once looked in the mirror for something that was irritating him while he was in ihram.

عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ کَانَ يَکْرَهُ أَنْ يَنْزِعَ الْمُحْرِمُ حَلَمَةً أَوْ قُرَادًا عَنْ بَعِيرِهِ-

نافع سے روایت ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عمر مکروہ جانتے تھے اپنے اونٹ کی جوں یا لیکھ نکالنے کو ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar did not like people who were in ihram removing mites or ticks from their camels. Malik said, "This is what I like most out of what I have heard about the matter."

عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ ظُفْرٍ لَهُ انْکَسَرَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَقَالَ سَعِيدٌ اقْطَعْهُ-

محمد بن عبداللہ بن ابی مریم نے پوچھا سعید بن مسیب سے کہ میرا ایک ناخن ٹوٹ گیا ہے اور میں احرام باندھے ہوئے ہوں سعید نے کہا کاٹ ڈال اس کو ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik that Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Maryam once asked Said ibn al-Musayyab about (what to do with) a nail of his that had broken while he was in ihram and Said said, "cut it off." Malik was asked whether some one in ihram who had an ear-complaint could use medicinal oil which was not perfumed for dropping into his ears, and he said, "I do not see any harm in that, and even if he were to put it into his mouth I still would not see any harm in it." Malik said that there was no harm in some one in ihram lancing an abscess that he had, or a boil, or cutting a vein, if he needed to do so.
