کتاب نکاح کے بیان میں

ثیبہ اور باکرہ کے پاس رہنے کا بیان

عَنْ أَبِي بَکْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ تَزَوَّجَ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ وَأَصْبَحَتْ عِنْدَهُ قَالَ لَهَا لَيْسَ بِکِ عَلَی أَهْلِکِ هَوَانٌ إِنْ شِئْتِ سَبَّعْتُ عِنْدَکِ وَسَبَّعْتُ عِنْدَهُنَّ وَإِنْ شِئْتِ ثَلَّثْتُ عِنْدَکِ وَدُرْتُ فَقَالَتْ ثَلِّثْ-

ابو بکر بن عبدالرحمن سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جب ام سلمہ سے نکاح کیا اور صبح ہوئی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا میں ایسا کام نہ کروں گا جس کے سبب سے تو اپنے لوگوں میں ذلیل ہو اگر تجھ کو منظور ہے تو سات دن تک تیرے پاس رہوں گا پھر سات سات دن ہر ایک بی بی کے پاس رہوں گا اور اگر تو چاہے تو تین دن تیرے پاس رہوں اور ایک ایک دن سب کے پاس رہ کر آؤں گا ام سلمہ نے کہا تین دن رہیے ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Hazm from Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Bakr ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Harith ibn Hisham al-Makhzumi from his father that when the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, married Umm Salama and then spent the night with her, he said to her, "You are not being humbled in your right. If you wish, I will stay with you for seven nights as I stayed seven nights with the others. If you wish, I will stay with you for three nights, and then visit the others in turn." She said, "Stay three nights."

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ أَنَّهُ کَانَ يَقُولُ لِلْبِکْرِ سَبْعٌ وَلِلثَّيِّبِ ثَلَاثٌ قَالَ مَالِک وَذَلِکَ الْأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا-

انس بن مالک کہتے تھے کہ باکرہ عورت کے سات دن ہیں اور ثیبہ کے تین دن ۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Humayd at-Tawil that Anas ibn Malik said, "A virgin has seven nights, and a woman who has been previously married has three nights." Malik affirmed, "That is what is done among us." Malik added, "If the man has another wife, he divides his time equally between them after the wedding nights. He does not count the wedding nights against the one he has just married."
