قسامت کے متعلق

کچو کا لگانے میں قصاص

أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَيَانٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ بُکَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ بْنِ مُسَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ بَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْسِمُ شَيْئًا أَقْبَلَ رَجُلٌ فَأَکَبَّ عَلَيْهِ فَطَعَنَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعُرْجُونٍ کَانَ مَعَهُ فَخَرَجَ الرَّجُلُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَعَالَ فَاسْتَقِدْ قَالَ بَلْ قَدْ عَفَوْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ-

وہب بن بیان، ابن وہب، عمرو بن حارث، بکیر بن عبد اللہ، عبیدة بن مسافع، ابوسعید خدری سے روایت ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کچھ تقیسم فرما رہے تھے کہ ایک آدمی آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم پر جھک گیا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے لکڑی سے جو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ہاتھ میں تھی کچو کا لگایا (یعنی لکڑی سے ہلکی سی ضرب لگائی)۔ (پھر) آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا۔ آجا! مجھ سے انتقام لے لو اس نے کہا نہیں! میں نے معاف کیا یا رسول اللہ! (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم)

Ibn ‘Abbas narrated that a man slandered one of his forefathers from the time of the Jahiliyyah, and Al-’Abbas slapped him. His people came and said: “Let him slap him as he slapped him,” and they prepared for quarrel. News of that reached the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم , and he ascended the Minbar and said: “people, which of the people of the Earth do you know to be the most noble before Allah?” They said: “You.” He said: “Al-’Abbas belongs to me and I to him. Do not defame our dead or offend our living.” Those people came and said: “Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, we seek refuge with Allah from your anger; pray to Allah to forgive us.” (Da’if)

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرِّبَاطِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَی يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ بُکَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ بْنِ مُسَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ بَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْسِمُ شَيْئًا إِذْ أَکَبَّ عَلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ فَطَعَنَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعُرْجُونٍ کَانَ مَعَهُ فَصَاحَ الرَّجُلُ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَعَالَ فَاسْتَقِدْ قَالَ بَلْ عَفَوْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ-

احمد بن سعید رباطی، وہب بن جریر، وہ اپنے والد سے، یحیی، بکیر بن عبد اللہ، عبیدة بن مسافع، ابوسعید خدری سے روایت ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کچھ تقیسم فرما رہے تھے کہ اس دوران ایک آدمی آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم پر جھک گیا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے لکڑی سے جو اس کے ہاتھ میں تھی اس کو کچوکا دیا وہ شخص نکلا حضرت رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا آجا! تم مجھ سے انتقام لے لو۔ اس نے عرض کیا نہیں! میں نے تو معاف کر دیا یا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم۔

It was narrated that Abi Hurairah said: “We would sit with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم :, in the Masjid and when he stood up, we would stand up too. One day he stood up and we stood up with him, and when he reached the middle of the Masjid, a man caught up with him and pulled roughly on his Rida’ (upper wrap) from behind. His Rida‘was of rough material, and that left a red mark on his neck. He said: ‘Muhammad! Load up these two camels of mine, for you are not giving me anything from your wealth or the wealth of your father!’ The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘No, and I pray for Allah’s forgiveness. I will not load anything (onto your camels) until you let me retaliate for your pulling roughly (on my cloak and leaving a mark on) my neck.’ The Bedouin said: ‘No, by Allah, will not let you retaliate.’ The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said that three times, and each time the man said: ‘No, by Allah, I will not let you retaliate.’ When we heard what the Bedouin said, we turned toward him quickly. The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم turned to us and said: ‘urge anyone who hears me not to leave his place until I give him permission.’ Then the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘so and so, load one of his camels with barley and the other with dates.’ Then the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘Leave.” (Da’if)
