کونسا اسلام بہترین ہے؟

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّ الْإِسْلَامِ خَيْرٌ قَالَ تُطْعِمُ الطَّعَامَ وَتَقْرَأُ السَّلَامَ عَلَی مَنْ عَرَفْتَ وَمَنْ لَمْ تَعْرِفْ-

قتیبہ، لیث، یزید بن ابوحبیب، ابوخیر، عبداللہ بن عمر سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے دریافت کیا کہ کونسا اسلام افضل ہے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا کھانا کھلانا (غرباء اور محتاجوں کو) اور ہر ایک کو سلام کرنا چاہے اس کو پہچانتا ہو یا نہ پہچانتا ہو۔

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “I have been commanded to fight the people until they bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم. If they bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, they turn to face the same Qiblah as us, they eat our slaughtered animals, and they pray as we pray; then their blood and their wealth are forbidden to us, except for a right that is due, and they have the same rights and duties as the Muslims.” (Sahih)
