خرید و فروخت کے مسائل و احکام

چند سالوں کے واسطے پھل فروخت کرنا

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ نَهَی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ-

محمد بن منصور، سفیان، زبیر، جابر سے روایت ہے کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے چند سالوں کے لیے پھل فروخت کرنے کی ممانعت فرمائی۔

It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم was wearing two Qi/rI garments which, if he sat and sweated, would become heavy (and uncomfortable). A Jewish man got some fabric from Ash-Sham so I said: ‘Why don’t you send word to him to buy two garments from him, and pay him when things get easier?’ So he sent word to him, but he said: ‘I know what Muhammad wants; he wants to go away with my money and take them (the two garments).’ The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘He is lying; he knows that I am one of the ones who fear Allah the most, and are most honest in fulfilling trusts.” (Sahih)

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَتِيقٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ-

اسحاق بن منصور، سفیان، حمید الاعرج، سلیمان، ابن عتیق، جابر سے روایت ہے کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے چند سالوں کے پھل فروخت کرنے کی ممانعت فرمائی۔

It was narrated from Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم prohibited lending on the condition of a sale, or to have two conditions in one transaction, or to profit from what you do not posses. (Hasan)
