نماز عصر میں تاخیر کرنا

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرِ بْنِ إِيَاسِ بْنِ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ مُشَمْرِجِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَلَائُ أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ عَلَی أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ فِي دَارِهِ بِالْبَصْرَةِ حِينَ انْصَرَفَ مِنْ الظُّهْرِ وَدَارُهُ بِجَنْبِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَلَمَّا دَخَلْنَا عَلَيْهِ قَالَ أَصَلَّيْتُمْ الْعَصْرَ قُلْنَا لَا إِنَّمَا انْصَرَفْنَا السَّاعَةَ مِنْ الظُّهْرِ قَالَ فَصَلُّوا الْعَصْرَ قَالَ فَقُمْنَا فَصَلَّيْنَا فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفْنَا قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ تِلْکَ صَلَاةُ الْمُنَافِقِ جَلَسَ يَرْقُبُ صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّی إِذَا کَانَتْ بَيْنَ قَرْنَيْ الشَّيْطَانِ قَامَ فَنَقَرَ أَرْبَعًا لَا يَذْکُرُ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِيهَا إِلَّا قَلِيلًا-

علی بن حجر بن ایاس بن مقاتل بن مشمرج بن خالد، اسماعیل، علاء بن عبدالرحمن سے روایت ہے کہ ہم لوگ حضرت انس بن مالک کی خدمت میں شہر بصرہ میں ان کے مکان پر پہنچے۔ ہم لوگ نماز ظہر سے فراغت حاصل کر چکے تھے اور ان کا مکان مسجد سے متصل تھا تو جس وقت ہم لوگ حضرت انس کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے تو انہوں نے کہا کہ تم نے نماز عصر ادا کی ہم نے کہا کہ نہیں ابھی تو ہم لوگ نماز ظہر ادا کر کے آئے ہیں۔ حضرت انس نے فرمایا کہ تم نماز عصر ادا کروہم لوگ کھڑے ہوگئے اور ہم نے نماز عصر ادا کی جس وقت ہم لوگ نماز عصر سے فارغ ہوگئے تو حضرت انس نے فرمایا کہ میں نے حضرت رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے سنا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم فرماتے تھے کہ یہ منافق کی نماز ہے کہ یہ بیٹھ کر انتظار کر رہا ہے نماز عصر کا (یایہ کہ یہ شخص آفتاب کے غروب ہونے کا انتظار کر رہا ہے) جس وقت آفتاب شیطان کے دونوں سینگوں میں ہوگیا تو اس شخص نے اٹھ کر چار ٹھونک ماری اور ان میں اس نے یاد خداوندی نہیں کی مگر تھوڑی سی۔

Al-’Ala’ narrated to us that he entered upon Anas bin Malik in his house in Al-Basrah, when he had finished Zuhr, and his house was beside the Masjid. “When we entered upon him, he said: ‘Have you prayed ‘Asr?’ We said: ‘No, we have just finished Zuhr.’ He said: ‘Pray ‘Asr.’ So we got up and prayed, and when we finished he said: ‘I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم say: “That is the prayer of the hypocrite: he sits and delays ‘Asr prayer until (the sun) is between the horns of the Shai then he gets up and pecks four (Rak’ahs) in which he only remembers Allah a little.” (Sahih)

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الَّذِي تَفُوتُهُ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ فَکَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ-

اسحاق بن ابراہیم، سفیان، زہری، سالم سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا جس شخص کی نماز عصر ضائع ہوگئی تو گویا کہ اس کا گھر بار لٹ گیا۔

It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “The one who misses Asr prayer, it is as if he has been robbed of his family and his wealth.” (Sahih)

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الَّذِي تَفُوتُهُ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ فَكَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ-

It was narrated from Jabir bin ‘Abdullah that Jibril came to the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم to teach him the times of prayer. Jibril went forward, with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم behind him and the people behind the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم and he prayed Zuhr when the sun had passed its zenith. Then he came to him when the shadow of a person was equal to his height, and did as he had done before; Jibril went forward, with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم behind him and the people behind the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, and he prayed Asr. Then Jibril came to him when the sun had set; Jibril went forward, with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم behind him and the people behind the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, and he prayed Maghrib. Then he came to him when the twilight had disappeared; Jibril went forward, with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم behind him and the people behind the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, and he prayed ‘Isha’. Then he came to him when dawn broke; Jibril went forward, with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم behind him and the people behind the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, and he prayed Al-Ghadah) Then he came to him on the second day when a man’s shadow was equal to his height, and did as he had done the day before, he prayed Zuhr. Then he came to him when the shadow of a man was twice his height, and did what he had done the day before, and prayed ‘Asr. Then he came to him when the sun had set and did what he had done the day before, and prayed Maghrib. Then we slept and got up, and slept and got up again. Then he came to him and did what he had done the day before and prayed ‘lsha’. Then he came to him when the (the light of) dawn was spread (on the horizon) and the stars were still clear in the sky, and he did the same as he had done the day before, and prayed Al-Ghadah. Then he said: ‘The time between these two is the time for prayer.” (Sahih)
