زیر نظر حدیث میں حضرت یحیی بن ابی اسحق پر اختلاف

أَخْبَرَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَی عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَبِي أَدْرَکَهُ الْحَجُّ وَهُوَ شَيْخٌ کَبِيرٌ لَا يَثْبُتُ عَلَی رَاحِلَتِهِ فَإِنْ شَدَدْتُهُ خَشِيتُ أَنْ يَمُوتَ أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ قَالَ أَفَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ کَانَ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ فَقَضَيْتَهُ أَکَانَ مُجْزِئًا قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَحُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيکَ-

مجاہد بن موسی، ہشیم، یحیی بن ابواسحاق ، سلیمان بن یسار، عبداللہ بن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص نے حضرت رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے دریافت کیا کہ میرے والد پر حج فرض ہوا ہے اور وہ بوڑھا اور کمزور ہے اور وہ اونٹ پر نہیں ٹھہر سکتا۔ اگر میں اس کو باندھ دوں تو مجھ کو اندیشہ ہے کہ ایسا نہ ہو کہ وہ مر جائے۔ کیا میں ان کی جانب سے حج کر لوں؟ آپ نے فرمایا دیکھو اگر اس پر قرضہ ہو تو وہ قرضہ ادا کر لیتا تو کافی ہوتا اس نے عرض کیا جی ہاں۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا تم اپنے والد کی جانب سے حج کر لو۔

It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that a man came to the and said: “My father is an old man, can I perform Hajj on his behalf?” He said: “Yes. Don’t you think that if he owed a debt and you paid it off, that would suffice him?” (Sahih)

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ أَنَّهُ کَانَ رَدِيفَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَائَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أُمِّي عَجُوزٌ کَبِيرَةٌ إِنْ حَمَلْتُهَا لَمْ تَسْتَمْسِکْ وَإِنْ رَبَطْتُهَا خَشِيتُ أَنْ أَقْتُلَهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ کَانَ عَلَی أُمِّکَ دَيْنٌ أَکُنْتَ قَاضِيَهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَحُجَّ عَنْ أُمِّکَ-

احمد بن سلیمان، یزید، ہشام، محمد، یحیی بن ابواسحاق ، سلیمان بن یسار، فضل بن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ وہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی سواری کے پیچھے بیٹھے تھے کہ اس دوران ایک مرد حاضر ہوا اور اس نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! میری والدہ محترمہ بالکل بڑھیا اور کمزور ہیں اگر میں ان کو اونٹ پر سوار کروں تو وہ سواری پر نہیں رک سکے گی اگر میں ان کو باندھ دوں تو مجھے اندیشہ ہے کہ وہ مر جائیں۔ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ دیکھو اگر تمہاری والدہ پر قرضہ ہوتا تو تم قرض ادا کرتے اس نے عرض کیا جی ہاں۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا تو پھر تم اپنی والدہ کی جانب سے حج کرو۔

It was narrated that ‘Abdur Rahman bin Yazid said: “The people asked ‘Abdullah too many questions one day, and ‘Abdullah said: ‘There was a time when we did not pass so many judgments, but now that time is over Now Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, has decreed that we reach a time when, as you see, (we are asked to pass many judgments). Whoever among you is asked to pass a judgment after this day, let him pass judgment according to what is in the Book of Allah. If he is faced with a matter that is not mentioned in the Book of Allah, let him pass judgment according to the way His Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم passed judgment. If he is faced with a matter that is not mentioned in the Book of Allah and concerning which His Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم did not pass judgment, then let him pass judgment according to the way the righteous passed judgment. If he is faced with a matter that is not mentioned in the Book of Allah, and concerning which His Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم and the righteous did not pass judgment, then let him strive to work it out, and let him not say ‘I am afraid, I am afraid.’ For what which is lawful is clear and that which is unlawful is clear, and between them are matters which are not as clear. Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt.” IjIasan) Abu ‘Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa’i) said: This Hadith is very good.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ يُحَدِّثُهُ عَنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ قَالَ جَائَ رَجُلٌ إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ کَبِيرٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَإِنْ حَمَلْتُهُ لَمْ يَسْتَمْسِکْ أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ قَالَ حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيکَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ سُلَيْمَانُ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ-

ابوداؤد، ولید بن نافع، شعبہ، یحیی بن ابواسحاق ، سلیمان بن یسار، فضل بن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص خدمت نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم میں حاضر ہوا اور اس نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! میرے والد بوڑھے پھونس ہو گئے ہیں وہ حج نہیں کر سکتے اگر میں اس کو اونٹ (یا کسی دوسری سواری) پر سوار کر دوں تو وہ سواری پر رک نہیں سکتے (یعنی کمزوری کی وجہ سے گر جائیں گے) آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا تم اپنے والد کی طرف سے حج کرو۔

It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud said: “There was a time when we did not pass so many judgments, but now that time is over. Now Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, has decreed that we reach a time when, as you see, (we are asked to pass many judgments). Whoever among you is asked to pass a judgment after this day, let him pass judgment according to what is in the Book of Allah. If he is faced with a matter that is not mentioned in the Book of Allah,let him pass judgment according to e way His Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم passed If he is faced with a matter that is not mentioned in the Book of Allah, and concerning which His Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم did not pass judgmeflt then let him pass judgment according to the way the righteous passed judgment. And let him not say ‘I am afraid, I am afraid.’ For what which is lawful is I clear and that which is unlawful is clear, and between them are matters which are not as clear. Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt.” (Hasan)

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ زَکَرِيَّا بْنِ إِسْحَقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَائِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَائَ إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ کَبِيرٌ أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ کَانَ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ فَقَضَيْتَهُ أَکَانَ يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ-

محمد بن معمر، ابوعاصم، زکریا بن اسحاق ، عمرو بن دینار، ابوشعثاء، ابن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی خدمت نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم میں حاضر ہوا اور اس نے عرض کیا میرے والد بالکل بوڑھے اور کمزور ہو گئے ہیں کیا میں ان کی جانب سے حج کر لوں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا جی ہاں تم دیکھو اگر تمہارے والد کے ذمہ قرض ہوتا تو وہ کافی ہوتا تو وہ کافی نہ ہوتا۔

It was narrated from Shuraib that he wrote to ‘Umar, to ask him (a question), and ‘Umar wrote back to him telling him: “Judge according to what is in the Book of Allah. If it is not (mentioned) in the Book of Allah, then (judge) according to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم . If it is not (mentioned) in the Book of Allah or the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم then pass judgment according to the way the righteous passed judgment. If it is not (mentioned) in the Book of Allah, or the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم and the righteous did not pass judgment concerning it, then if you wish, go ahead (and try to work it out by yourself) or if you wish, leave it. And I think that leaving it is better for you. And peace be upon you.”(Sahih).
