کتاب الاستعاذة

اس دعا سے پناہ مانگنا جو (اللہ عزوجل کے ہاں) سنی (ہی) نہ جائے

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِکَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لَا يَخْشَعُ وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لَا تَشْبَعُ وَمِنْ دُعَائٍ لَا يُسْمَعُ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ سَعِيدٌ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ مِنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ بَلْ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ-

محمد بن آدم، ابوخالد، محمد بن عجلان، سعید، ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا یا اللہ! میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں اس علم سے جو نفع نہ بخشئی اور اس دل سے کہ جس میں خوف خداوندی نہ ہو اور اس دل سے جو نہ بھرے اور اس دعا سے جو نہ سنی جائے۔

It was narrated from Umm Salamah that when the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم went out of his house, he said: “Bismillahi Rabbi. ‘AIldhu bika mm an azilla aw adilla aw azlima aw uziama, aw ajhala aw yujhala ‘ala (In the name of Allah my Lord, I seek refuge in You from falling into error or going astray, or wronging (others) or being wronged, and from behaving or being treated in an ignorant manner.)” (Da’if)

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا يَحْيَی يَعْنِي ابْنَ يَحْيَی قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِکَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لَا يَخْشَعُ وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لَا تَشْبَعُ وَمِنْ دُعَائٍ لَا يُسْمَعُ-

عبید اللہ، وہ اپنے چچا سے، ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم فرماتے ہیں باقی ترجمہ سابق کے مطابق ہے۔

It was narrated from ‘Umar that when the prohibition of Kharnr was revealed, ‘Umar said: “Allah, give us a clear ruling on Khamr,” and the Verse in Al Baqarah was revealed. ‘Umar was called and it was recited to him. Then ‘Umar said: “Allah, give us a clear ruling on Khamr,” and the Verse in An-Nisa’ was revealed: “you who believe! Approach not Af (the prayer) when you are in a drunken state”J’ And when the Iqamah for prayer was said, the caller of the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم would cry out: “you who believe! Approach not A (the prayer) when you are in a drunken state.” ‘Umar was called and this was recited to him. Then he said: “Allah, give us a clear ruling on Khamr.” Then the Verse in Surat Al-Ma’idah was revealed, and ‘Umar was called, and it was recited to him. When he reached the words, “So, will you not then abstain?,” ‘Umar said: “We have abstained, we have abstained.” (Da’if)
